How to apply:
Step 1. Prep the nail and apply your desired base coat and cure.
Step 2. Shake Black-On or White-On well and apply 1 even coat over the entire nail and cap the free edge.
Step 3. Cure for 30s in an LED lamp.
Step 4. Immediately apply your favorite chrome powder directly to the cured surface of the Black-On or White-On by burnishing it into the surface.
Step 5. Apply a thin coat of Affixit to the burnished chrome powder to prevent chipping and allow to air dry for 1-3 minutes.
Step 6. Apply Shine-On Top Coat and cure for 60s in an LED lamp.
