Specifically created for very light blonde to blonde hair, Icy Blonde brightens your color and neutralizes yellowing that can appear over time. Hair is soft, silky and luminous, like the first day of coloring or highlighting.

After shampooing, on towel-dried hair, work the product from scalp to ends. Leave on 2-5 minutes, add water and comb through. Rinse thoroughly.
