Michael Jackson Moonwalker Sega Genesis Mega Drive Game Cartridge 1990

Step into Michael Jackson’s Moonwalker on a non-OEM game cartridge for Sega Genesis and Mega Drive. This 1990 action-platformer turns dance moves, familiar music and the search for kidnapped children into a distinctive adventure.

Explore five worlds inspired by Michael Jackson’s music videos, from the gangster-filled Club 30 to Mr. Big’s futuristic hideout. Search places like car trunks, windows, doors and bushes to find children; rescuing them opens the way forward or triggers a boss fight.

• Dance-based combat: Use high kicks, spins and hat tosses that send blue magical sparks at enemies.
• Dance Magic: Spend some of Michael’s health to make nearby enemies dance before they collapse.
• Bubbles and Mecha-Michael: Find or land on Michael’s chimpanzee in certain levels to transform temporarily into a floating, laser-firing robot.
• Five themed worlds: Play through Club 30, Street, Woods, Cavern and Enemy Hideout, each with its own setting and challenges.
• Iconic music: Hear synthesized versions of tracks including “Smooth Criminal,” “Beat It,” “Another Part of Me,” “Billie Jean” and “Bad.”
• Signature presentation: Digital vocal samples accompany animations of Michael’s moonwalk, side-glides and toe-stands.

The final stage shifts to a first-person space-flight sequence, where robotic Michael faces Mr. Big’s spaceship. It’s a memorable change of pace for a game that brings music and movement right into the action.
